The charterer may cancel subject to the following charges:
90 days or more prior to charter date: $250
46 to 89 days prior to charter date: 50% of the charter fee
45 days or less prior to charter date: No refund unless boat is rebooked.
Refund will be in full or pro-rated depending on dates rebooked less $250.
