BareCat Yacht Charters is owned and managed by Mike and Sydney Fallis, who have over 30 years combined experience in the yacht charter industry. BareCat, BareCat Charters has been in business providing yacht charters in the BVI since 1993. Having been avid BVI catamaran charterers themselves, they understand your needs and expectations. You will appreciate their efforts and know-how.
Lynne May – Is our state-side office manager handling booking and customer service for BareCat Charters customers. By far one of the best at what she does.
John Gill – Has been with BareCat for 15 years, an excellent dock hand and dedicated assistant.
George – Our loyal local driver – he can take you shopping, sightseeing, out for a dinner date or a trip to the “Bomba Shack.”
Ritzel Lettsome – your BVI Connection – he provides taxi service from Beef Island Airport to our base in Sea Cow’s Bay.

We feel our modest size allows us to give very personal service to every BareCat charter customer. It begins with our stateside booking office making recommendations for the perfect Caribbean sailing vacation: boats, airlines, hotels,
water sports, provisioning. We give a very thorough briefing so you are well prepared for your sail. And the base is available by phone, radio or chase boat throughout your time aboard.

Mike takes special pride in maintaining our charter boats for you. BareCat catamarans are in top condition. This desire for perfection comes from his years with a Mercedes dealership. Sydney is confident she provides the cleanest charter boats in the Caribbean. And she sees to it that each catamaran boat has those special touches that say we care about our boats and your comfort. The beds will be made up. And there will be a bottle of rum to welcome you!

Our “mom and pop” size means you get the attention you deserve. As soon as you meet Lynne (at our state side office) you will feel at home, and when arriving to the BVI our base staff will welcome you into the BareCat family.
Mike takes care of and maintains all the boats in the fleet. He knows the boats inside and out. You will have his phone number and he will be glad to help in any way to make sure your charter goes as planned.

in Sea Cows Bay is 2 miles West of Roadtown and just East of Nanny Cay in
Tortola. There are; restaurants, shopping, ferry, and Riteway Food Markets is close-by for provisioning. Transportation available from either Beef Island Airport or Road Town Ferry Dock. The closest hotel is the Nanny Cay Hotel.

Most of our guests find that the stability of a catamaran yacht charter, both at sea and at anchor, reduces seasickness. Couple that with the great Sir Francis Drake Channel, where the waves are small and the wind just right, and everyone in your crew should have a great sailing experience.

Our yachts are always in demand, so reserve early to insure that you get the time and boat you want. We make it easy. Contact us to check availability. We will put a 5 day hold on a catamaran boat pending receipt of your deposit. Our reservation form is easy to complete!

Your BareCat yacht charter in the BVI starts at noon any day of the week, and ends at noon the last day. If you arrive the day before your Catamaran or yacht charter we can arrange for you to sleep aboard your boat that night, if available.
